Brian Loughlin

Brian Loughlin is Chief Architect for the Jersey City Housing Authority, where he oversees all of the development, design and construction of public housing in the City of Jersey City. Under his leadership, the JCHA and their various developer partners have been widely recognized for their revitalization efforts as the recipients of numerous local, state and national awards for affordable housing, green construction and community redevelopment. In addition to his role at the JCHA, Loughlin regularly exhibits his architectural projects, lectures on affordable housing and taught in the Housing Studio at Columbia’s GSAPP last year. Loughlin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Catholic University, and a Master of Architecture from Columbia.
